Sam Spinner faces ten rivals at Aintree

Sam Spinner is among a field of 11 for Saturday's Ryanair Stayers Hurdle at Aintree.

Jedd O'Keeffe's charge was sent off favourite for the Stayers' Hurdle at Cheltenham based on his impressive Long Walk Hurdle win, but he could only finish fifth behind Penhil.

Wholestone fared best of the British at the Festival when third and he gets the chance to prove his effectiveness away from Cheltenham, where he has recorded four of his six career successes.

Old Guard runs for Paul Nicholls with Lil Rockerfeller representing Neil King. L'Ami Serge has been declared by Nicky Henderson but he is due to run in Thursday's Aintree Hurdle. Henderson also runs Thomas Campbell.

Coole Cody steps up in class for Michael Blake, while Identity Thief moves up in distance for Henry de Bromhead after a fine fourth in the Champion Hurdle.
