David Elsworth has reported that one-time 2000 Guineas contender Swiss Storm will be back in action later this season.

The three-year-old son of Frankel missed the colts' Classic at Newmarket and has not been seen since finishing down the field on his return to action in the Dante at York back in May.

Elsworth said: "We have tinkered with his respiratory organs and all appears well. He is on the road back to fitness at the moment.

"We are not committing to any races yet. We are just peddling the bike as fast as we can to get him back, but he should be out again this season.
